Team member is a project-level entity. Creating a Project, user having Administrator’s privileges, constructs project team by adding members from system-level list of Users into the project-level list of Team members. Adding each User into a project team Administrator grants him certain Role in this Project. Only users included into project’s list of Team members have an access to this project and corresponding project-level entities – Tasks, Forums, Documents, etc.
List of Team Members has one more important meaning – it establishes the relation between the Project and participating Companies because each User included into the list of Team Members belongs to certain Company. By adding Users to the list of Team Members, Administrator defines Companies participating in this Project.
