Intelligence-Soft Project Management System

Intelligence-Soft Project Management System is a web-based application providing team members across an organization with a comprehensive and easy-to-use environment for managing projects. It allows team members to collaborate and share information through a common channel anytime and anywhere. It offers secure Web-based access to real-time project data such as project deliverables, task monitors, bug-tracking tools, various reports and documents.

Project Management System is a team collaboration tool intended to be used daily by people who need a place to keep track of development progress, to participate in project-related discussions and manage project resources.

Project Management System deals with several entities – Projects, Tasks, Documents, etc. Clear understanding of these entities and their relations has key importance for the successful usage of the system.

All Project Management System entities may be divided into three groups – system-level objects, project-level objects and user-level objects. Examples of system-level objects: Projects, Companies, Roles, Users. These entities belong to Project Management System in general. Most other objects – Tasks, Milestones, Bug reports, Storage, etc – are project-level objects. These objects belong to certain Project and may be accessed only within project context. And finally, some objects, like Bookmarks or Reminders belong to certain User and may be accessed by this user only.
