Messages

Team members communicate with each other by posting Messages to Forums. Each Message belongs to one of the Topics and has following properties:

Subject – string (limited to 49 characters) – short description of theme.
Body – string (usually multiline) containing message itself.
Created by (Posted by) – name of Team member who posted the Message.
Date/Time – date and time when Message was posted.

Project Management System also keeps information that a Message was sent as an answer to another Message. This information allows to find all answers to each Message thus simplifying navigation.
