Forums

Forum is a project-level entity that is to say each Forum belongs to certain Project. Forum is a container for arbitrary number of Topics when each Topic in turn is a container for arbitrary number of Messages sent by project Team members. User having corresponding rights creates Forum when he creates new Project. However it is not necessary to create new Forum for each new Project. User have a chance to associate new Project with one of the existing Forums, in this case several Projects will share common Forum. Forums provide Team members with communication facilities in order to discuss the progress of the Project, technical, administrative and other issues.
