Daily Reports

Daily Report is project-level entity. Each Team member having corresponding rights keeps a record of his activities by entering personal Daily Reports. These reports are available for reading for other Team members but only user who entered report may alter its content. Each Daily Report has following properties:

Date – date of reported activity (not the date when report was actually entered into the system!).
Project – reference to a Project. Each activity registered as Daily Report must belong to certain Project.
Task – reference to a Task. Each activity registered as Daily Report must belong to one of the existing project’s Tasks, otherwise activity cannot be recorded.
Spent Hours – time in hours actually spent by the person for completing the Task at date mentioned above.
Description – string (usually multiline) describing activities.

If user’s activities at given date were related with several Tasks or even with several Projects then he enters several Daily Reports at this date. Furthermore, User have a chance to enter more than one Daily Report referring to the same Project and the same Task at the same date if he want to record time spent to different kind of jobs separately.
